SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be shipped four days within the purchase time .  It will take 8-10 days to ship out custom pieces. Custom Gold and silver pieces will of course take longer depending on what we are making. All items are packed with love and care . Your Complete satisfaction is our main goal .We only take deposits for pieces over $300. Down payments or deposits will only be held for 14 days after the purchase . You have 30 days to complete your purchase. . Grace can be given if we deem it necessary 

RETURN POLICY

All purchases are final . Once you receive your tracking number we are no longer responsible for the package . If there is any damage to your product on arrival an we are at fault, we will gladly exchange or refund the product . We will need valid proof of purchase and all the original seals that the item came with. Once we deem that there was a mishap on our behalf we will issue the refund or exchange but not until we have the physical product in hand. We will pay for shipping as well . We do not allow returns or exchanges simply because a customer changed there mind or had some type of difficulty outside of our control .
